Concept-Attainment Model
What I like about this model: This model allows for students to reach a conclusion on their own rather than being told the information. This model can be implemented in so many different ways. There isn't very many limits as to how you can stretch this model. Games can be used which will motivate the students.
What I don't like about this model: Similar to Guided Discovery, this model can be difficult for newer teachers to implement as it may take some time getting used to guiding students rather than telling students. This model can take up quite a bit of time if students are having a hard time reaching the correct conclusion. This will require a certain type of guidance of the teacher's part.
How I can see myself utilizing this model: This model is perfect for the language arts. A lot of the other models seem to have a social studies or scientific focus. This model has more of a liberal arts type focus.
